Brief 
To increase the survival rate of cardiac arrest victims and to
teach the public, the three emergency steps of cardiac arrest.


Idea

We encourage Singaporeans to step forward and make good use of their hands to save the victims life with hands-only CPR. We have various touchpoints like videos, DARE app, social media, newsletter, manuals, children storybook and event to make this education easy and effective to apply in real scenario.


Result

The campaign has achieved their KPI of  20,000 app installations and
1,500,000 video view target respectively as of end of campaign
on 30th Dec 2018.
